  • Delivering, maintaining, and updating the PhronixGRC training platform and course materials.
  • Tracking course completion, issuing digital credentials, and generating administrative reports for contracted B2B organizational clients.
  • Processing billing, subscription renewals, and service invoices.
  • Responding to customer support inquiries and platform issues.
  • Complying with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

  • Authorized Organization Administrators: If your account is provisioned under an enterprise or team subscription, your course progress, completion timestamps, and engagement records are accessible to your employer or designated administrative managers.
  • Service Providers: We share necessary data with trusted third-party vendors who provide infrastructure, hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics under strict confidentiality and data-protection terms.

  • Business Transfers: If ZV Ventures and Consulting, LLC enters into an acquisition, merger, reorganization, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
